HMC515LP5ETR Overview
The RF modulator operates at a frequency of 11.5GHz~12.5GHz.This RF IC features an enhanced 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package .Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to mount this RF modulator.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.It is a 32-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 85°C during operation.It operates with the RF switch IC's minimal operating temperature of -40°C to ensure its reliability.
