HMC432TR Overview
The RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency 0Hz~8GHz.An excellent RF IC thanks to its enhanced SOT-23-6 package.Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to mount this RF modulator.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, you can install this RF modulator.6 terminations are integrated into this RF module for driving and receiving signals from data.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 6-pin RF module.Below 85°C is the required RF switch IC's operating temperature.There must be at least -40°C minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC.Optimal performance can be achieved by operating the RF modulator's supply current in the 42mA range.
