The frequency of 20MHz~2.4GHz determines how RF modulator operates.This RF IC is excellent due to its enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Tray format.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, this RF modulator can be placed.24 terminations are integrated into this RF module for driving and receiving signals from data.This is a 24-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.Under 85°C, the operating RF switch IC's temperature must be kept below.This RF switch IC must not be operated at a temperature below -40°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.To deliver its performance, the RF modulator's supply current need to be operated at the range of 135mA.
