RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency of 24GHz.With the enhanced 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package, this RF IC is excellent.The RF modulator is packaged in a Tray package.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.In this RF module, 32 terminations are integrated for driving and receiving signals from data.RF module with enhanced power dissipation control, 32-pin.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 105°C during operation.This RF switch IC should not operate at a temperature lower than -40°C.
