ADF5001BCPZ-RL7 Overview
This RF modulator operates at 4GHz~18GHz frequency.Due to the enhanced 16-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package, this RF IC is excellent .There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package for this RF modulator.Ideally, you should place this RF modulator on a Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.In this RF module, 16 terminations are integrated for driving and receiving signals from data.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 16-pin RF module.It must be below 105°C when the RF switch IC's system is operating.There must be no minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC, which is -40°C.Optimal performance can be achieved by operating the RF modulator's supply current in the 30mA range.
