RF modulator operates based on the frequency of 76MHz~108MHz 168MHz~240MHz 1.452GHz~1.492GHz.RF ICs with enhanced 40-WFQFN Exposed Pad packages are excellent with common characteristics.PCBs or development boards with Surface Mount-types can accommodate this RF modulator.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 40-pin RF module.It is important that the operating RF switch IC's temperature is below 85°C.This RF switch IC must not be operated at a temperature below -40°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.
