RF modulator operates at 20.9GHz~23.9GHz frequency.The enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package makes it an excellent RF IC.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Strip format.PCBs or development boards with Surface Mount-types can accommodate this RF modulator.This RF module has 24 terminations for driving and receiving data signals.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 24-pin RF module.
