PDU-V115 Overview
To prevent damage to these photodiodes, they are packaged in Bulk. For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages. As long as the photodiodes are operated continuously in reverse-bias mode, the maximum voltage they can tolerate is 75V. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 75V should not be exceeded by the photodiodes. When no light is input, a photodiode will conduct at 2pA current.
