PDV-V405 Overview
Photodiodes are protected from damage by the Bulk package. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages. When reverse-biased continuously, photodiodes can withstand a maximum voltage of 100V. Photodiodes in reverse-bias mode should not continuously exceed 100V. Even in the absence of light input, a photodiode occurs 10pA current.
