PDB-V603-1 Overview
In order to protect the photodiodes against damage, they are packaged in the Tray. A safety package containing the photodiodes is provided for their protection. It is considered that the maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 25V. During reverse-bias operation, the photodiodes should never exceed 25V. The current in a photodiode is 5nA even when there is no light input.
