PDU-C109Q Overview
In order to protect the photodiodes against damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. A safety package containing the photodiodes is provided for their protection. It is considered that the maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 30V. Reverse-bias photodiodes should not be operated above 30V permanently. Without light, a photodiode has 5nA current.
