PDI-C106-F Overview
It is important to note that these photodiodes are packaged in Bulk to prevent damage. Photodiodes are protected by TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages in order to ensure their safety. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse- bias mode continuously, their maximum voltage is 100V. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 100V continuously in reverse-bias mode. Photodiodes exhibit 2nA current even in the absence of light input.
