PDB-C601-3 Overview
To prevent damage, the photodiodes are packaged in a Bulk. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into Chip with 34 Gauge BUSS Wire packages. The maximum voltage that the photodiodes can tolerate in reverse-biased mode is 75V over a continuous period of time. It is important that the reverse-bias voltage of the photodiodes do not exceed 75V continuously. Even in the absence of light input, a photodiode occurs 500pA current.
