PDB-C609-1 Overview
As a protective measure, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tray. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Die packages. Reverse-bias photodiodes can withstand a maximum of 75V in continuous reverse-bias mode. Photodiodes in reverse-bias mode should not continuously exceed 75V. It is possible for a photodiode to produce 30nA even without light input.
