PDB-V618-1 Overview
The Tray protects these photodiodes from damage. Photodiodes are packaged in Die packages in order to ensure their safety. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 25V if it is continuously reverse-biased. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 25V continuously in reverse-bias mode. When no light is input, a photodiode will conduct at 20nA current.
