PDB-V617-1 Overview
To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Tray. Photodiodes are protected by Die packages in order to ensure their safety. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 25V voltage. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 25V continuously in reverse-bias mode. A photodiode occurs even at 35nA current without light input.
