PDB-C137 Overview
The Bulk protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Radial, 5mm Dia (T 1 3/4) packages. The maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 50V. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 50V should be maintained for the photodiodes. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 2nA current.
