PDB-V216 Overview
To protect these photodiodes from damage, the Bulk is used. It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in Array - 16 Element packages for safety purposes. Continuously reverse-biasing photodiodes can withstand 50V voltage. It is recommended to set the reverse-bias mode for the photodiodes to not exceed 50V on a continuous basis. A photodiode is capable of conducting 1nA current even without light input.
