BS500B0F Overview
To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Bulk. Photodiodes are protected by Side View packages in order to ensure their safety. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 10V continuously in reverse-bias mode. Pins 2 are present on the photodiodes. For the photodiodes, the reverse anode voltage should be 10V. A photodiode occurs even at 3pA current without light input.
