PDB-V613-1 Overview
To protect them from damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tray. Photodiodes are packaged in Die packages in order to ensure their safety. When operating in reverse bias mode continuously, the photodiodes can withstand 25V voltage. During reverse-bias operation, the photodiodes should never exceed 25V. The current in a photodiode is 50nA even when there is no light input.
