PDB-V614-1 Overview
The Tray protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Die packages. The maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 25V. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 25V should be maintained for the photodiodes. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 500nA current.
