PDB-V610-1 Overview
To prevent damage to these photodiodes, they are packaged in Tray. For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in Die packages. As long as the photodiodes are operated continuously in reverse-bias mode, the maximum voltage they can tolerate is 25V. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 25V should not be exceeded by the photodiodes. When no light is input, a photodiode will conduct at 20nA current.
