SD3410-101 Overview
The photodiodes are put into TO-46 packages for safety protection. The temperature should not be higher than 125°C when photodiodes operate. But the minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes should be set to -55°C. In general, the maximum heat released by the photodiodes should be 150mW in a circuit.
