PDB-V611-1 Overview
To protect these photodiodes from damage, the Tray is used. It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in Die packages for safety purposes. Photodiodes can only withstand 25V in reverse-bias mode indefinitely. When operating in reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes should not exceed 25V. Despite the absence of light input, a photodiode generates 30nA electrical current.
