PDB-V216F Overview
A Bulk package protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into Array - 16 Element packages. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 50V when operating in reverse-bias mode continuously. Reverse-bias photodiodes should not be operated above 50V permanently. Without light input, a photodiode will produce 1nA current.
