PDB-C611-1 Overview
To prevent damage to these photodiodes, they are packaged in Tray. Photodiodes are packaged in Die packages in order to ensure their safety. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 75V voltage. When the photodiodes are reverse-biased, the voltage should never exceed 75V. The photodiode will operate at 50nA current even in the absence of light input.
