PDB-C617-2 Overview
To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Bulk. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Chip with 30 Gauge PVC Wire packages. Photodiodes can only withstand 75V in reverse-bias mode indefinitely. When operating in reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes should not exceed 75V. The current in a photodiode is 65nA even when there is no light input.
