PDB-C611-2 Overview
In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into Chip with 30 Gauge PVC Wire packages in order to protect them from damage. When photodiodes are continuously reverse-biased, the maximum voltage they can withstand is 75V. When the photodiodes are reverse-biased, the voltage should never exceed 75V. The photodiode will operate at 50nA current even in the absence of light input.
