VTP8651H Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk to prevent damage. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into 2-DIP packages. In reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes are capable of withstanding a maximum voltage of 140V.
