PDI-M305 Overview
As a protective measure, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into TO-233AA, TO-8-3 Lens Top Metal Can packages in order to protect them from damage. When operating in reverse bias mode continuously, the photodiodes can withstand 75V voltage. In reverse-bias mode, the voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 75V continuously. It is possible for a photodiode to produce 100nA even without light input.
