PDB-C216C Overview
In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in Array - 16 Element packages for safety purposes. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse- bias mode continuously, their maximum voltage is 50V. It is important that the reverse-bias voltage of the photodiodes do not exceed 50V continuously. A photodiode conducts 5nA current without light input.
