PDB-C601-2 Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk for protection. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into Chip with 30 Gauge PVC Wire packages. The maximum voltage that the photodiodes can tolerate in reverse-biased mode is 75V over a continuous period of time. Continuous reverse-bias should not exceed 75V for the photodiodes. The current in a photodiode is 500pA even when there is no light input.
