SFH 2500 FA-Z Overview
To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Cut Tape (CT). Photodiodes are protected by Radial packages in order to ensure their safety. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 50V voltage.
