S-1000N18-I4T1U Overview
It is mounted through 4 terminals on the power management. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. The purpose of this IC management is to provide you with a reference of 1 functions. A series of 1 channels can be found on this supervisor. As a reference, this IC power includes 4-SMD, Flat Leads functions for your convenience. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Voltage Detector products. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. When 1.2V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. In total, it has 4 pins on IC management. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. As you may know, this PMIC comes from the well-known S-1000 series product line.
