In the package 256-LBGA, this product is provided. The LOADABLE PLD-series of FPGAs are composed of this type. Having 204 I/Os makes data transfers more coherent. Logic elements/cells form the fundamental building block of a computer. 5V volts power it. With a Surface Mount connector, this FPGA module can be attached to the development board. A supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V is needed in order for fpga chips to operate. This is a type of FPGA that is part of the FLEX 6000 series of FPGAs.
