XC1765ELPC20C Overview
A neat 20-LCC (J-Lead) package is used.Packaging outside of Tube.0°C~70°C-qualified.FPGA is programmable through OTP.FPGA is powered by a voltage which is 3V~3.6V volts, and this voltage is the voltage from which the generator is powered.There is a memory device mounted in Surface Mount position for this device.There is a limit to the size of data storage of 65kb bytes.Search "XC1765EL" for related parts.The supply voltage should be 3.3V.Various functions can be applied to 20 terminations.There is a maximum voltage of 3.6V that can be applied to this memory device.There must be a minimum voltage of 3V to supply the device with the power it needs.A CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip is shown here.When soldering in reflow mode, the temperature should be kept below 225 at all times during the soldering process.Pins on it are 20-shaped.A SERIAL-processing method is used to transfer data through this memory.The memory chip operates at a voltage of no more than 0.005mA.As part of the package, the part comes with a set of 20 pins.Taking the speed of the IC into consideration, this is a memory IC that can work at a frequency of 2.5MHz.As far as memory I/O is concerned, it is configured as COMMON.In order to obtain the best performance, it is recommended to use a 3.3V power supply.For better service, USED FOR STORING THE CONFIGURATION BITSTREAMS OF XILINX FPGAS is included.
