FPGA uses a nice 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package that makes FPGA easy to use.Packaging for the external use of Tube.Qualified to operate within 0°C~70°C.FPGA is programmable through OTP.A voltage of 3V~3.6V is applied to it.Surface Mount is the orientation of this memory device.The size of data storage is limited to 65kb.3.3V is the required supply voltage.There are different functions associated with 8 terminations.FPGA is possible to use this memory device wFPGAh a maximum voltage of 3.6V.An operating voltage of 3V is required in order to supply the device.A CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip like this is used for data storage.The reflow soldering process should be done at a temperature no higher than 260.Through SERIAL-processing, data is transmitted from this memory to the CPU.With the part are included 8 pins.To better meet the needs of customers, USED FOR STORING THE CONFIGURATION BITSTREAMS OF XILINX FPGAS has been added.
