XC1701PC20I Overview
A neat 20-LCC (J-Lead) package is used.Packaging for Tube.-40°C~85°C-qualified.OTP is the program that allows it to be programmed.A voltage of 4.5V~5.5V is applied to it.FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount.Data storage is limited to a size of 1Mb bytes.Look for "XC1701" for other related parts.FPGA reuqires a supply voltage of 5V.Different functions can be assigned to 20 terminations.With 5.5V as the maximum voltage, the memory device can be used.FPGA is imperative that the voltage of the device supply is at least 4.5V if the device is to work properly.This is a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip.When soldering in reflow mode, the temperature should be kept below 225 at all times during the soldering process.20 pins are located on the board.Through SERIAL-processing, data is transmitted from this memory to the CPU.Memory chips can operate at a voltage no higher than 0.02mA.In the package, you will find a set of 20 pins.There is a memory IC in this package that works at 15MHz frequencies.As far as memory I/O is concerned, it is configured as COMMON.In order to obtain the best performance, it is recommended to use a 5V power supply.For better service, USED FOR STORING THE CONFIGURATION BITSTREAMS OF XILINX FPGAS is included.
