FPGA uses a neat 20-LCC (J-Lead) package.Packaging for the external environment.A qualified individual to operate within 0°C~70°C is required.The Serial EEPROM programming language can be used to program it.An electric current of 4.75V~5.25V is applied to it.Surface Mount is the orientation of this memory device.Currently, data storage can only store data up to 64kb bytes.AT17C65 will give you other related parts.This part is supplied in a 20-PLCC (9x9) device package by the supplier.
