RO200SF1D103 Overview
To prevent damage to the linear position measuring sensors, they are packaged in 200 packages. To ensure the angle position measuring sensors operate normally, the operating temperature can be set to -55°C. Sensors that measure angle position cannot operate at temperatures greater than 125°C. It is possible for the linear position measuring sensors to oppose the passage of 10kOhm current.
