RO78SF1D502 Overview
Sensors for measuring linear position are mounted in 502 packages for protection against damage. Angle position measuring sensors can be set to -55°C at the minimum operating temperature in order to work properly. A position measuring sensor for angle cannot be operated with a temperature exceeding 125°C. Linear position measuring sensors can counteract 5kOhm current flow.
