TEMD6200FX01 Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) protects these photodiodes from damage. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 16V should be maintained for the photodiodes. 2 pins are present on the photodiodes. During a circuit, the photodiodes could release 100mW heat. Photodiodes should have a reverse anode voltage of 16V. Generally, the maximum amount of heat released by photodiodes is 100mW. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 100pA current.
