BP104S Overview
Photodiodes are enclosed in Tube to prevent damage. For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in 2-DIP packages. When the photodiodes are reverse-biased, the voltage should never exceed 60V. A photodiode has a pin number of 2. During the operation of a circuit, photodiodes can release 215mW heat. In the case of photodiodes, the reverse anode voltage should be 60V. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 2nA.
