TFPT1206L4700FM Overview
To prevent damage to the devices, PTC thermistors are packaged in 1206 (3216 Metric) packages. Having a Tape & Reel (TR) package ensures safety while using these PTC thermistors. For PTC thermistors, -55°C is the minimum operating temperature. A thermistor's operating temperature must not exceed 125°C for it to function. There should be no overheating of the thermistor at this temperature, which makes it the best thermistor to transfer this power loss without overheating. The thermistor supplies 50V voltage nominally when it works.
