TFPT0603L8200FV Overview
To protect the devices from damage, PTC thermistors are packaged in 0603 (1608 Metric) packages. For safety reasons, these PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). PTC thermistors have 2 terminations. This thermistor has 2 pins. It should be possible for the thermistor to transfer and conduct this power loss without overheating. The thermistor can theoretically supply 30V voltage when working. PTC thermistors should produce 75mW heat. For reliable performance, this thermistor should supply a voltage of 30V.
