TFPT0603L6800JV Overview
In order to protect the PTC thermistors from damage, they are packaged in 0603 (1608 Metric) packages. The PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for safety reasons. There are 2 terminations on the PTC thermistor. In this thermistor, there are 2 pins. Ideally, this power loss can be transferred and conducted by the thermistor without it overheating.
