TFPT0603L1200FM Overview
In order to prevent damage to the PTC thermistors, these devices are packaged in 0603 (1608 Metric) packages. A safety protective package is included with these PTC thermistors. A PTC thermistor should be operated at a minimum operating temperature of -55°C. It is important that the operation temperature of this thermistor does not exceed 125°C. The maximum capacity of a thermistor to transfer and conduct this power loss without overheating should be 75mW.
