PTCSL03T091DB1E Overview
To prevent damage to the PTC thermistors, they are packaged in Disc, 4.0mm Dia x 3.0mm W packages. PTC thermistors are packaged in the Bulk as a safety measure. Temperature -40°C is the minimum operating temperature for PTC thermistors. This thermistor must not operate above 165°C in order for it to work. A PTC thermistor could provide 30V voltage when operating. The maximum voltage that this thermistor should supply is 30V.
