PTCSL03T111DT1E Overview
The PTC thermistors are put into Disc, 4.0mm Dia x 3.0mm W packages to protect the devices from damage. These PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for safety protection. The minimum operating temperature for the PTC thermistors should be set to -40°C. To make sure this thermistor works, the operating temperature must not exceed 165°C.
