TFPT0805L1801JM Overview
In order to prevent damage to the devices, PTC thermistors are packaged in 0805 (2012 Metric) packages. The PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for safety reasons. PTC thermistors should operate at -55°C. In order for this thermistor to function properly, the operating temperature must not exceed 150°C. In this thermistor, there are 2 pins. As the PTC thermistors operate, they could supply 40V voltage. There should be no overheating if the thermistor is capable of transferring and conducting this power loss. When working, this thermistor supplies a voltage of 40V nominally.
